Professional background

As a passionate social entrepreneur, my primary focus is on improving the lives of individuals through the development and acceleration of innovative ideas. My mission spans across various sectors and cross-cutting issues such as community-based tourism, leveraging ICT for marginalized populations, capacity building, and promoting gender equality and social inclusion.

Having volunteered for organizations such as UNIC, UNDP, Action Aid, and Women Economic Forum (WEF), I have combined my aptitude for business with deep-rooted values of human respect and integrity to create new kinds of social ventures. My work experience and contributions at JCI, BWCCI, FBCCI, DCCI, among others, have enabled me to become a community builder, creative and leadership facilitator, as well as a youth engagement specialist.

I am the founder of a trusted platform in the tourism industry, currently facilitating Bangladeshi travelers worldwide. Recognizing the growing importance of overseas opportunities, I also founded an online service marketplace for Bangladeshi migrants and aspirants. Additionally, I lead a digital health service provider for women.

Currently serving as Joint Convenor at Blue Economy for DCCI, I am a lifetime member of Women Economic Forum (WEF) and ALL LADIES LEAGUE. Previously, I have held significant roles, such as Local President of JCI Bangladesh, Dhaka North, and National Director of JCI Bangladesh. Moreover, I have advised organizations such as Jatio Porichalona Porishod of Prothom Alo Bondhusova, United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh, HAMMUN 2013, University of Hamburg, Germany, and CBITMUN 2012, Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, India.
