Professional background

With a background in engineering and a naturally curious mindset, I love solving big problems and can bring fresh perspectives to your organisation in a way that makes you feel like you have real ownership of the solution.

As well as having a strong track record in change and transformation, I've also had operational and trading roles with channel accountability of turnover up to £100m. Because of this, I can help you deliver pragmatic and beneficial solutions that the commercial parts of any organisation actually use.

I've run projects covering a whole raft of different industries and sizes including (but not limited to!) retail, ecommerce, supply chain, M&A integrations, hospitality, media, construction, Private equity/PE, target operating model, organisation optimisation, technology (ERP, PLM, PIM, OMS etc. etc. etc.), start ups, scale ups, blue chips! The list is long!!

In my spare time, I'm a husband, father to 2 young children, and an avid (if average) sportsman, regularly participating in football, tennis, running, and cycling.

In the past, I've also set up a mentoring network (I still mentor), organised an event that raised over £50k for charity, and built an app that went to #1 in the Apple App Store charts.
